Overview
Evidona is the simple Swiss e-signature platform: upload a PDF, invite signers — done. Invitations, reminders and one-time-code verification run automatically; external guests sign without an account, comfortably even from their phone.
Objective
Two signature levels (SES & AES) on one platform, sequential and parallel signing workflows with drag-and-drop field placement — and proof every party can verify themselves. Simple, data-minimal and hosted in the EU.
Execution
Every completed signing run is captured in a sealed evidence bundle: SHA-256 integrity hash, timestamps and a complete, tamper-evident audit trail — publicly verifiable via QR code, no login required. Multi-tenant with roles and MFA; document contents are deleted automatically after a defined period while the proof remains.
