FSAS — alerting system for fire brigades
A cloud-based alarm and information system: every screen in the station becomes an alarm centre.

Alerting
FSAS
Situation
Dispatch messages arrive via SMS or pager and have to be interpreted on the spot — where exactly is the incident, what level? Precious time is lost in the critical first minutes, while proprietary alarm displays are expensive and existing screens in the station sit idle.
Objective
One solution, one screen: an information board with announcements, images, tickers and weather in normal operation — and within seconds a full-screen alarm view with the incident on a map, alarm level and an acoustic signal when it counts. On standard hardware, no special devices.
Execution
The dispatch centre’s alarm SMS is processed automatically — location, level and map view are extracted and pushed to all connected screens in real time. Administration is fully self-service: invite members, trigger test alarms, manage vehicles; crews confirm via smartphone app, and an optional impulse opens the station door. Developed and operated in Switzerland.
