Situation
Many parishes and associations rely on a program over ten years old, e-banking exports in Excel and Word templates — laborious, error-prone and increasingly hard to maintain and secure.
Objective
From e-banking export to printed donation receipt in two clicks — with per-site accounting, a shared donor base and a full overview for the central treasury. Data migrated from the legacy system without loss.
Execution
CAMT.053/054 files are imported directly and matched to donors and purposes automatically via the Swiss QR reference. Officially valid donation receipts are generated one by one or as a year-end batch; templates are designed in a visual editor without IT help, and a guided ChurchTools sync can be enabled per parish. Each customer runs in its own isolated environment — secured with MFA, a complete change history and over 250 automated tests.
